Report a mistake
If something here is wrong, we want to know. The register is only as good as its corrections.
How to tell us
Email hello@techsussd.com with:
- the page address, or the watch and the fact you mean;
- what you think is wrong;
- a source, if you have one. A link is plenty.
Please leave out anything about your health. We do not need it, and we remove it before anything is stored.
A form on this page is on its way. Email works now.
What happens next
- We check what you sent against the source.
- If the register was wrong, we correct it. The correction is dated and the old version stays in the record, so anyone can see what changed and when.
- If you would like a reply, we will send one.
What we keep
A report is kept for 12 months from resolution (or from receipt, if never resolved). An email is kept for 12 months from receipt. Both are described in our privacy notice.
Complaints about your data
Use the same address. We acknowledge a complaint within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
